About

My story

I’ve always been guided by a belief that life, in its purest form, is a series of stories—some quiet, some chaotic, each with its own beauty. Growing up in Colorado, I was surrounded by landscapes that taught me the art of stillness, of seeing the world as it is. But as I grew older, a restless urge to explore took hold, and at seventeen, I found myself in Los Angeles, ready to step into the unknown.

I didn’t always know what path I was on, and for years, I felt the uncertainty of building a life based on intuition rather than a roadmap. I began with a marketing degree and a job at a magazine, but I quickly felt the pull to something different, something deeper. My heart told me that I wanted to live outside the lines, to explore what it means to truly see and connect with people. So I listened, letting go of certainty and comfort to pursue art and, eventually, photography—a way of capturing the richness of people’s lives and the world around me.

Over time, my travels and the people I met shaped my understanding of life as a beautiful, unpredictable unfolding. From Colorado to California and later to Ireland & beyond, I’ve found that each new place brought fresh perspectives, teaching me that what matters most is the ability to see meaning in every moment, even in life’s simplest details. Through my camera lens, I search for these glimpses: expressions and moments that might otherwise go unnoticed but hold a world of truth within them.

This same philosophy drives my approach to coaching. I see it as a way to help others reconnect with their own stories, to embrace their unique journey with openness and curiosity. My goal is to guide people back to their own inner voice, that quiet yet powerful intuition that often knows the way even when the path ahead isn’t clear.

In both photography and coaching, I’m drawn to those moments of authenticity—the ones where we feel fully ourselves, free from the need to perform or to know exactly where we’re going. To me, this is the heart of living fully: to embrace the unknown, to follow the call of our own truth, and to trust that, somehow, this journey will take us exactly where we need to be.

What’s the commonality between Coaching and Photography?

At first glance, photography and coaching may seem worlds apart. But for me, they’re two sides of the same coin—two ways of revealing truth, beauty, and depth. Through my lens, I aim to capture the remarkable within the everyday: moments that others may overlook, emotions that pass like whispers, and the profound beauty woven into the ordinary. Photography allows me to witness and preserve the world’s magic as it unfolds.

In coaching, I help others turn that lens inward. I guide my clients to see themselves with the same openness and curiosity I bring to each photograph. Every session is a chance to explore, to look deeper, to find hidden stories and perspectives within. Just as I seek to capture authentic, unstaged beauty in an image, I work with my clients to uncover the layers of their own experience—to find their unique light and bring it forward.

Whether I’m holding a camera or holding space in a coaching session, my purpose remains the same: to inspire others to see themselves and their lives with greater clarity, authenticity, and appreciation.
